I called the store to ask if my fiancé and I could come over to inquire about a wedding cake. The lady on the phone said sure come on over for a taste test. So we drove over, walked into the store said hello and there was no reply. Just 3 lady employees busy talking amongst themselves. There was NO acknowledgement of our presence in the store at all. At this point our impression of the store went from good to Bad!!!!

It took a few minutes for someone to come over and ask if we could be helped. I showed a picture of the cake we were looking for so she took it into the back to get a price for us . She then came back with a price but didn't ask if we wanted to sample any cakes like she said over the phone. She didn't seem interested at all about helping us out.

She then went back to talking with her coworkers.

We were not pleased at all with this place, horrible customer service!!!!! They lost potential customers and could have cared less about it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!

Monica's cakes are simply the best. I have been purchasing cakes from Monica for years and I haven't had a bad one yet. I purchased a cake from Monica back in 2002 as a gift for my friend's wedding. I travelled all the way to New York City and the cake remained in tact. Monica was also kind enough to lend me her equipment to set up the cake. Everyone loved the cake.

I would give Monica 5/5 for her cakes.

BEWARE of this bakery. Choose another bakery, you won't regret it. They operate an online operation and the owner (Frank) is a complete scam artist. I pre-ordered a corporate gift days in advance, spoke with the owner on multiple occasions to arange, only have the company ship unreliable via postal service and not a delivery sevice (which I paid in advance for) and not deliver as agreed. Items sat in a warehouse and went rotten, and owner refuses to pick-up phone, retun calls and emailed stating that they have a tracking number thus their part of the transaction was fulfilled, regardless of the product actually being delivered in a fresh and timely fashion. A completely unprofessional business who will take your money and have no care for their customers or reputation. Caused me a great deal of embarrassment and the owner has no regard at all for professional business practises. Owner completely avoids all corespondance and attempts to rectify situation and we had to open a claim against the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL ONLY MAKE PROMISES THEY CANNOT DELIVER. With the competition here in the GTA, choose someone else, you won't regret it.

I spent quite some time discussing my wedding cake with the friendly staff at Bo+Bon and when it arrived on the big day it really exceeded my expectations. The colour and shape were exactly what I asked for. Bo+Bon listened to my ideas and made them a reality! All the guests said it tasted delicious and such excellent quality, too.

I ordered a wedding cake from Just Temptations for my wedding on Dec 16. 2012 from the location outside of Vaughan Mills Mall. The wedding cake was two flavours (chocolate sacher and strawberry shortcake) and most guests complimented on the cake. They were very excellent in helping us customize the cake and the look of the cake was beyond our expectations. We would recommend them on our next occasion.

Getting my wedding cake from Juicy Desserts was the best decision I made for the wedding. Professional, so nice and creative! She got my vision and executed it better than I imagined. And the caramel toffee flavour was amazing! People are still talking about my cake. Love it!

Terrible service from Zainab and her 'home business'. I should have came to this website and read the previous review before dealing with her, as I regret every moment of it. Simply put - the cake was nothing like what I requested - from design to overall taste, it was a complete disaster. When the cake arrived at my wedding (an hour late), I was embarrassed that it actually arrived as it looked like it was created the night before. Don't let her website fool you - she's not worth your time. Dont make the same mistake I made!

We contacted Rachelle for a cake without any idea what we wanted for a design. Rachelle asked us some questions about the interests of the cake recipient and from there came up with a really cool piano key design. The cake was 2 flavours - chocolate and vanilla - both were great but we preferred the chocolate. We'll use Cakes by Rachelle again in the future.

Went by this place one day, and never again. I went in and downstairs to see if I could order something (all the lights were off and didn't look like anyone was there upstairs). The place looked cramped and dirty.. there was a crazy woman there flailing her arms around looking for stuff... the place was just so disorganized and dirty/messy looking. I won't bother going there again, the pie I got wasn't great, the center of the lemon meringue was runny and all the while I just imagined it being prepared in that dirty looking dingy place, ugh!

They have the most delicious cupcakes! Moist and the icing is not too sweet and so creamy!

Jen and her staff understood the need for us to have something original for our one, and only, wedding day. Thanks Jen for your patience! After several meetings we were afraid you'd fire us as clients, but you helped guide us when we couldn't decide on the "right" theme.
Our friends and family were genuinely impressed with your creation. It looked like a snapshot of ourselves was reflected on to a dessert. It was clear to those that know us that the cake represented our unique style and taste. We know we won't see "our" cake in anyone else's wedding day photo album.
Your creation was an important part of our wedding day. We look forward to future baptisms and birthdays so that we can call on you to help make them memorable.

The cadillac of all cakes - completely beautiful designs and a delicious selection of cake flavours. I would recommend this company to any bride who wants an elite level cake - by elite, I mean, custom designed, perfectly tasty and a simply gorgeous cake. This is the upside. The only reservation I would have recommending this to other brides is that these cakes, because of the level of quality and design you are getting, are quite expensive.... so I will have to give this 4 1/2 stars. But I have honestly nothing bad to say about them except the cost is a bit high. The people there are a delight to work with though:)

Great customer service and attention to detail! A few brides of mine chose to do cupcake wedding cakes (which is the growing trend). This company has always been punctual, correct with their order and offered us much assistance in the selection process! They are excellent with their service standards!

  Cupcakes as a wedding cake is so hot right now! I think it's a fantastic idea. I have also been to the cupcake shoppe many times as I used to live in the area.. they are sooo delish!

I have not seen any sugar work like this shop. The designer has talent that exeeds any person you see on TV. My sister b-day cake was first class in any books.
